Shipping & Delivery
We ship to most destinations around the world with a range of options to suit. Please be aware that orders received after 15:00 (UK time) will be shipped the next working day.
As of the 30th April 2012 our rates are as follows:
Starting with the UK – we offer FREE delivery, which can take between 3 to 5 days, and although our intentions are pure we can't guarantee arrival within that time frame. If you require your order by a certain date we would recommend our alternative options, such as our £3.70 1st class, signed for service, which should be with you by the next day, although do allow an extra day to be safe. If you really want it next day we would recommend the 'Guaranteed Next Day' service at £8.25 (excluding Saturdays). There are other options too, which we don't automatically include, and if there is urgency we can arrange next day by 9am, or 'Next Day Saturday' by 9am or 5pm. Please contact us of you require these additional services and we will do our best to accommodate.
Europe – we offer a standard airmail service, which costs £6.50 and takes 3 to 5 days for delivery. If you are looking for something a bit more secure we offer a signed option, which will require a signature upon delivery, costing £12. This option also includes tracking in certain European countries, such as Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden and Switzerland.
Rest of the World – we are delighted that you have shown an interest in this little piece of Britishness, so if you do place an order we can send it by airmail, which will take around 7 days, depending on your location in this beautiful world, costing £10 and £15.50 for 'signed for' delivery ('Signed for' delivery does not apply to all countries).

Privacy & Security
Tweedies Originals is a product of Cedarberg Ltd. We are web users ourselves and understand the need for privacy. Quite simply we do not share your information with any other company, nor do we store your credit card information. All payments are made through the secure and encrypted paypal payment gateway.
If at any time you believe we hold incorrect information about yourself, or you simply want to know what information we hold and how we use it, please contact us. Please supply your full name and contact email when contacting us and please be aware that you may be required to provide documentation to prove your identity.  

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
If you are not completely happy with your purchase you may exchange your item or cancel your order. 
Under the Distance Selling regulations you have the unconditional right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving the goods. Please provide your full name, email address and invoice number when contacting us.
Please return the item/s to our return address below and we will refund you the full amount paid within 30 days of cancellation.
All items must be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt and must be in a new and unworn condition. Items returned that are not in this condition will be returned to the customer. Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning items. Exchanged items will be delivered to the customer free of charge.
You can send returns to: Tweedies Originals, Cape Cottage, 23 Little London, Heytesbury, Warminster, Wilts, BA12 0ES, UK. In order that we receive the goods we strongly advise that customers send the items signed for and tracked and retain their certificate of posting. Cedarberg Ltd. will not offer a refund on returned items which are lost or damaged in the post.

Ordering
When ordering your item/s on our site you will be asked to confirm your shopping bag contents by checking out. You will then be required to complete your personal and delivery details. On submission of this form you will be sent to Paypal to complete the payment process. Paypal is a secure payment gateway that we use to manage our online transactions. It is not essential that you have a Paypal account to complete your order. You can still submit your billing information in a secure, encrypted environment. As you know our caps are handmade and as a result if any of our caps do become unavailable you can still pre-order through the site. Expect delivery to take about 2 to 3 weeks from date of order, free shipping included.

Updating Account Information
By logging in you may, as a customer, view and update your personal information online at any time, provided you have opened an online account with us.
